Payment Structure
Orders above ₹75,000
50% advance at confirmation
50% before dispatch
Orders below ₹75,000
100% advance payment required
Orders are processed only after receipt of full payment.
Bulk Order Policy
Bulk and made-to-order orders are:
Non-cancellable
Non-returnable
Non-refundable
Refunds or replacements apply only in case of verified transit damage.
Our liability is limited strictly to the order value paid.
Both parties shall first attempt amicable resolution.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
